Shipping Fee

• The shipping fee for US and North American is mostly within $10, but if you wanna products in other country, the shipping fee will be a little higher, as we have to get UPS/DHL/FEDEX this way.

Shipping Time & Location

• Items are generally shipped out the next business day after your payment has been verified (except Sat. & Sun.).


• International (worldwide) orders are shipped from our warehouses in China or Germany. The delivery time ranges between 3-10 business days depending on your location.


• In the event that your item is out of stock in our California warehouse, we will contact you with the option of having it shipped from our international warehouses or cancelling the order. Orders shipped to the US & Canada from overseas usually take 3-7 days longer than standard shipping.


• US & Canada orders are shipped from Santa Clara , CA via USPS. The delivery time ranges between 1 - 7 business days depending on your location.

Others

• One order cannot be split for shipping to different locations or on different dates.


• For security purposes, we only ship to addresses that have been confirmed with your credit card.


• We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.


• Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out. We will not be responsible for lost package. Please track your package online to arrange the pickup.

• Note: Import duties, taxes and extra chargers are not included in the item price or shipping charges, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
